Writing Desk

The leggings of both table and chair look very solid which is good. That's the foundation of the table and the chair. The table is made of some type of composite, plywood or whatever material. The assembly are pretty easy. If you are used to Ikea or sauder furniture furniture... this is cake walk.

The one aspect that it really doesnt show in picture is that the table top has a hard rubber/plastid type of material and it shows a world map. The only thing that all internet website fail to change is the picture. Some internet website offer for ridiculous low price, then when you click the shipping and handling, it place a whopping $150 to $200 dollars.

I bought mine at Ebay and I paid $299 plus S&H. It is easily replaceable from home depot. You can search for writing desk in ebay and then filter by price. I was shopping for a good looking but not too expensive desk in the furniture stores. After pricing desks and then chairs to go with the desk I found the total price to be more than what I wanted to pay.

Both the desk and chair look like something you would buy at a high end furniture store . . . very good quality. If I had room in my home I'd buy another one. This desk is not perfect.... you might wonder why 5 stars? If you take price in consideration, then that becomes a factor.
