Techni Mobili L-shaped Glass Computer Desk

I was looking for an L-shaped computer desk because I needed some extra desktop work space, and I needed it to fit into a small bedroom that I was using as a home office. All of the parts and hardware were well labeled with easily removable stickers, and the assembly instructions were very clear and easy to understand.

Some of the Techni Mobili L-shaped Glass Computer Desk reviews mentioned that the glass tabletops don't match up quite right, but mine matched up perfectly. This is one fantastic desk. The panels are huge so there is a lot of room for various things, and the glass is thick and sturdy. The glass is very thick. Amazing!Great/beautiful desk! It was very easy to assemble. Techni Mobili L-shaped Glass Computer Desk has great quality parts. The assembly of the desk was extremely straight-forward. All of the individual components are labeled by part number and depicted visually in the 12-step assembly guide. It's worth mentioning that even the individual screw bags are labeled accordingly. The included stub screwdriver will suffice if you are without any tools, but I would recommend a longer handled screwdriver for added torque.

Minimalistic, clean, modern, and professional - these are just a few of the words I would use to describe this desk to anyone. "Tempered glass" is printed on the corners of the desk in a white font - I hardly notice these labels, but they are totally unnecessary. Also the glass color is not as "blue" as suggested by the stock photo.

If you attach the corner glass piece first, you can easily manipulate the larger glass pieces to match up before you tighten down the screws. A mouse might be a little tight and could end up being a little frustrating to use. The glass top has a very slight blue tint, but it is not nearly as bright and dark a color as the photo indicates. Overall, this Techni Mobili L-shaped Glass is a great desk for the price, and I am very happy with my choice.

The assembly was easier than expected - all I needed was a phillips screwdriver and the pieces they provided - and the instructions were very clear. The whole thing probably took me about an hour.

The glass table is perfect for cleaning, and doubles as a light box. It was much bigger than we expected and has tons of area to work on. The side trays are on the cheap side but again do will work. Its height is about the same as a standard office table. My non-height adjustable office chair is the perfect size.

Table is perfect for just about anything you need! My sister has one and I got one too! I do puzzles on it, have game night, and just sit around converse with friends!

The base is very sturdy and table is very level. The seam is almost unnoticeable and certainly won't present a problem for use at a dinner party. I plan to purchase two more tables. With the fold I can store under a double bed when not in use.

I ordered this Studio Designs 10050 Futura Craft Station in Marc of 2012, and am reviewing it now in December 2013. It's a great table. So far, I haven't noticed any scratches or cracking on the glass, even though I can be pretty rough on my workstations. The legs have held up great, and it doesn't wobble (even on carpet it stands very sturdily).

There is a little "putting together". It took me a little over an hour, and I did take time studying the diagrams.  As someone said, I did spend a little time getting the screws through the sliding draw brackets, but I'm pleased to say all the parts were there and all the screws went in easy. Over all I am vey pleased with this Studio Designs 10050 Futura Craft Station table. It has inspired me to draw/write again after years of making excuses.
